At TDY Housing, we want you to be satisfied with your experience with us. Therefore, we offer the following guarantees:
Best Price
We guarantee you will not find a valid lower price on our temporary housing anywhere.
Availability
We guarantee our homes are available for dates shown. If due to unforeseen circumstantces, the home you reserved is not available for your arrival date, we will offer you the choice of
- Move you to an equivalent or better home at the same rate
- Release you from your agreement and refund any rent and/or deposits paid
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your temporary housing, we will correct the problem in a timely manner.
If we are unable to correct the problem in a timely manner, we will move you to satisfactory accommodations if available or, at your choice, release you from your agreement and refund any unused rent.
Just inform the General Manager of your concern within 24 hours of moving in or of discovering the problem.
