Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation for no charge up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. We will refund your reservation deposit in full.

If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, we will charge you a day's rent plus applicable taxes for each day after the 30-day deadline. For example, if you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date, we will charge you for 9 day's rent. If we can re-rent the home you reserved within 30 days after your arrival date, we will only charge you for the days the home was vacant.

No call/no shows will be charged for 30 days rent.

Military and DOD-civilian personnel traveling on official orders are eligible to be reimbursed for cancellation or change costs if the government changed your orders. Please see Paragraph U1430 of the JFTR (military) or Paragraph C1445 of the JTR (civilian) for details.

In extenuating circumstances, you may request an exception to this policy by writing to us. Please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the cancellation or change and supporting documentation (i.e. orders, Red Cross message, etc.).

Cancellation and change notices and requests for exception to policy must be in writing and delivered to TDY Housing via

  • E-mail to reservations@gotdy.com (must be from a .mil or .gov account)
  • Fax to 520-439-8840
  • Mail to 956 E Fry Blvd, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635

Effective date of the Cancellation Notice shall be the date received by TDY Housing. Placing the notice is the mail is not sufficient for Notice to be considered received.  TDY Housing will provide you with a cancellation confirmation number. Please retain the number for future reference.
